Kitty Bowler


Kitty has been a psychotherapist for over twenty years. She has a degree in Person-Centred Psychotherapy and a diploma in Counselling. Kitty has also trained and specialised in working with depression, anxiety disorders and panic attacks, eating disorders and bereavement.

Kitty has experience of working in crisis intervention and assessment centres for chaotic drug users and those receiving prescriptions from a drug dependency unit or a GP.

She has worked in outreach, supporting young adults whose lifestyle has put them at risk, and for a national charitable organisation providing counselling to men and women both prior to, and on their release from prison.

For a number of years, Kitty provided a psychotherapy service to a large GP practice in London. Since 2009 Kitty has focused on her work in private practice.
